FAN YANG
Chiropractor | Certified in Acupuncture
Dr. Fan Yang holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences and a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from University of South Florida. After realizing the limitations of Western medicine, Dr. Yang fell in love with Chiropractic and the ancient healing art of Traditional Chinese Medicine. His approach is a holistic care, whereby he treats the body as a whole, instead of the myopic approach of allopathic medicine. This approach focuses on how your physical, chemical, and emotional body influence your wellness. Because of his rigorous scientific background, Dr. Yang believes strongly in evidence based practice. In every case, Dr. Yang provide patients with a well-rounded blend of modern science and alternative medicine. Dr. Yang’s mission is to help as many people as possible through chiropractic.
JIAN XUE
Acupuncturist, M.D. (China)
Dr. Xue completed his formal education at the First Military Medical University in China (1963-1970), and Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He earned his master’s degree from Academy of TCM and his Ph. D from Second Military Medical University (1987-1990).
He was a specialist in general, burn and plastic surgery in both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He was chief resident surgeon at Tian Tan Hospital. At Nanfang Hospital, he was the superior’s surgeon professor of surgery, director and advisor of postgraduate students, director and advisor of Herbal Research Association for the First Military Medical University from 1991 to 1996. He subsequently worked as a researcher at VA Medical Center in St.Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Xue was the dean and professor at the Florida Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Over fifty of his articles on topics ranging from general and plastic surgery to TCM with focus on the combination of TCM with Western Medicine have been published in various medical journals both in China and in the United States. He is a member of the Chinese Burn and Plastic Surgery Association and the International Surgey Association.
